Lead Qualification

When someone sees your ad and clicks to enquire, they're connected to Julia — our AI WhatsApp assistant. Julia answers their questions about the property such as location, MRT access, tenure, price, nearby schools, and facilities, then gently steers the conversation toward confirming a viewing. Once viewing intent is confirmed, Julia collects their name, finds out if they're buying to stay or invest, how urgently they're looking, and what other property criteria they have (in case this particular listing isn't the right fit). Only after that conversation is complete does their profile get forwarded to your WhatsApp.

They're recorded in your Lead CRM with their full conversation log, so you have complete visibility. You won't be notified for every unqualified enquiry, but you can review them anytime in case someone worth following up slipped through.

Julia will attempt to re-engage once after no response. If the lead remains unresponsive, they're logged as pending in your CRM. Non-responsive leads are not forwarded to you.
